For businesses
Jobs that show up on a slow Tuesday
We find homeowners who need HVAC work in DC and send the job to whoever can take it. No lead fee, no monthly subscription, no bidding war. You accept the ones you want and pay a commission only on work you actually complete.
Applications are reviewed in about three business days. We're onboarding a limited number of companies while we build density in DC.
- $0
- in lead fees, monthly fees or contracts
- 2 days
- from signed job to money in your bank
Job volume goes here once there is a month of live jobs to count. Until then this space stays honest rather than impressive.
The deal
How it actually works
- 01
A job comes in
A verified homeowner in your service area requests service. Every qualified company nearby gets it at the same moment. There’s no ranking and no pay-to-win — first to accept takes it.
- 02
You accept or you don’t
Passing costs you nothing. If nobody takes it in the first round, the fee steps up and it goes out again — so the jobs nobody wants become jobs worth wanting.
- 03
Your tech does the work
Your technician, your truck, your prices. You build the estimate in the app; the homeowner approves it before you touch anything. We don’t set your rates.
- 04
We collect, you get paid
The customer’s card is charged on signature. Our commission comes off the top and the rest lands in your bank in two business days. No invoicing, no chasing, no 60-day terms.
What you get
- An admin panel — dispatch, technicians, jobs, invoices, payouts, compliance, all in one place.
- A technician app — job details, navigation, photos, estimates, signature capture. Works offline in a crawlspace.
- Payment handled — we hold the card, we take the risk on the charge, you get a clean deposit.
- Compliance tracking — we watch your licence and insurance expiry dates and remind you before they lapse.
- Your own customers too — you can run existing jobs through the same tools. We take nothing on those.
What we don’t do
- Charge you for leads, whether or not they convert.
- Charge a monthly platform fee or lock you into a contract.
- Sell the same job to four companies and let you fight over it.
- Set your labour rate or tell you what to charge for a part.
- Employ your technicians. They’re yours — this is a referral and payments relationship, not staffing.
