Pricing
You’ll know the price before the work
There are exactly two numbers: a diagnostic fee to get someone out, and a repair price you approve before anything is touched.
A licensed technician comes out, finds the fault, and tells you exactly what’s wrong and what it costs to fix. You pay this whether or not you go ahead with the repair.
- Same-day and after-hours available
- Goes toward nothing — it’s the visit itself
- Waived if the same fault returns under warranty
Nobody can price an HVAC repair honestly before seeing it. So the technician diagnoses first, then sends you an itemised price with photos. You approve it in the app before any work starts.
- Itemised: labour, parts, tax, separately
- The final bill matches it exactly
- Decline freely — you pay the fee only
What things usually cost

| Contactor replacement | $250 – $420 | Amperage rating |

These are indicative of the DC market, not quotes, and not yet drawn from completed NovaAir jobs — they will be replaced with real figures once there are enough of them. Your quote is the actual number for your actual system, and you approve it before any work starts.
How NovaAir makes money
We take a commission from the HVAC company on jobs we send them — not from you. Your price is the company’s price. We don’t mark it up, and companies aren’t allowed to charge you more for coming through us.
