How it works
From “it’s blowing warm” to fixed
Six phone calls and three days of waiting is how HVAC has always worked. Here’s what replaces it.
- 01
You describe the problem
Pick the symptom, add a photo if it helps, and confirm your address. About forty seconds. You’ll also set a price ceiling — more on that in step two.
What you give us
- The symptom, in plain words
- Your address and how to get in
- When you’d like someone
- A card, checked but not charged
- 02
Every qualified company sees it at once
Not a lead sold to four people who then all call you. One job, offered simultaneously to companies licensed for your address, and the first to accept gets it.
If nobody takes it — late at night, or in a heatwave — we widen the area and raise the diagnostic fee in steps. Never past the ceiling you set.
The price ceiling
Starts at$89Never more than$129You agree this before we send anything out, so a raised fee is never a surprise.
- 03
You watch them arrive
Their name, photo, rating and company, plus a live map — the same way you’d track a delivery. No four-hour window, no wondering whether anyone is coming.
You always know
- Who is coming, and their rating
- Exactly when they’ll arrive
- What it will cost so far
- 04
Nothing is fixed until you approve the price
The technician diagnoses the fault, then sends you an itemised price in the app — labour, parts, tax, with photos of what’s actually wrong. You approve it, or you don’t.
Decline and you pay the diagnostic fee only. The diagnosis stays on your account either way, so a second opinion doesn’t mean paying twice to find the same fault.
